While the company I work is far from a technology computer I don’t expect my coworkers to know shortcuts in Microsoft Access or what FireFox is (which is great by the way), yet I DO expect people to know the basics. Specially when you work in front a computer day in and day out.

“Spam” - we all know what it is, well we should if we’re using the computer and have an email. It’s unavoidable and while some companies do a great job of blocking it there are some that get past the gates and usually there on your side!

The “power lunch” is suppose to recharge your batteries and rejuvenate you for the second half of the day, or so I’ve been told. Yet, so many times that I care to to mention this “power lunch” becomes what is deemed a “liquid lunch”

I am a big fan of music - just good music. From the the 70’s to current and I absolutely love HD Radio online. I have a set of speakers at my desk pick a different station daily and put the volume on low. The lowest possible and I’m still able to hear it while making sure not to disturb others.
